At A Home For Sale Realty you're the boss.  You simply select the services you want from our menu of services and only pay for those services you select.  Our services are offered throughout both Pitt and Craven Counties.    

We offer two different limited service options as well as a full service listing.  Our limited services are good for the seller who wants to save money by doing most of the work themselves, but needs access to additional marketing to better get the word out about their home.  Our limited services options start at $499.  Click here for more details on our listing packages. 

Under the limited services options, once an interested buyer calls, we direct them to you to see the home.  Under each of our options, a 3% commission is offered to a buyer's agent as is typical in our local MLS.  This is offered in order to encourage buyer's agents to show your property to their clients. 

Of course, we also represent buyers, and if you're in the market for a new home, we can show you any of our listings as well as any home listed in the local MLS.
